Welcome to Tjime. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tjime application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
Tjime is a day planning and productivity application that helps users organize their schedules, manage tasks, and optimize their daily routines. Our Service includes mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as our website at tjime.com.
"Service" refers to the Tjime application, website, and all related services provided by Tjime.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" refers to any data, text, information, or materials that you submit, upload, or create through the Service.
"Account" refers to the user account you create to access certain features of the Service.
2.1 To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 You agree not to: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
4.1 The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. By using these integrations, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of those third-party providers.
4.2 We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data accessed through Google APIs is used solely to provide features within our Service.
4.3 Our "Plan My Day" feature uses OpenAI's API. When you use this feature, your task data is sent to OpenAI for processing. You must provide explicit consent before using AI-powered features.
5.1 The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tjime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You retain ownership of any Content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.1 Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
6.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to users.
7.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tjime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8.2 Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Service.
9.2 Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
