Overview
Tjime ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Tjime app and website, and how we use it. By using Tjime, you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Calendar data — when you connect Google Calendar, we access events to display and manage your schedule in the app.
- Tasks & reflections — to-dos, mood ratings, and planning data you create in the app.
- Usage & diagnostics — anonymized analytics and crash reports to improve stability.
Google Calendar
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used only to provide user-facing features in Tjime — not for advertising or resale.
AI & Plan My Day
When you use AI scheduling features, your schedule is processed in real time to generate suggestions. This data is not stored or used to train models. You can disable AI features in app settings.
Focus mode & Screen Time
Focus mode uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to block selected apps during sessions. Blocking preferences are stored on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Sharing & retention
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g. hosting, analytics), when required by law, or with your consent. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@tjime.com. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in app settings.
